Information we collect
When you submit an enquiry, consultation or template configuration, we collect the details you choose to provide, such as your name, business name, email, phone number and project description. We also keep timestamps, consent evidence, workflow history and limited security information needed to protect forms and access links.
Campaign attribution
If you arrive through a tagged campaign link, we store first-party UTM source, medium, campaign, content and term values plus the landing path and external referrer host. We use this to understand which VibeGrid content produces genuine enquiries. We do not require a third-party advertising tracker for this attribution.
Why we use it
We use submitted information to respond to enquiries, organise requirements, assess project fit, prepare requested proposals, operate customer workflows, protect the service and keep an auditable record of decisions.
How information is shared
Information is limited to authorised VibeGrid administration and service providers needed to host, secure or deliver the requested workflow. We do not sell submitted contact information.
AI-assisted processing
The guided consultation may use a deterministic workflow or an approved AI provider to organise the text you submit. Automated output is advisory and cannot approve a formal price, scope, delivery date or launch. Human review remains required.
Retention and security
Records are retained while an enquiry, proposal or project is active and afterward where reasonably needed for security, contractual, dispute, accounting or legal purposes. Access is restricted, public links expire or can be revoked, and private files are served only after server-side authorisation.
Your choices
You may ask about the information associated with your enquiry or request a reasonable correction, restriction or deletion. Some security, transaction, contractual or audit records may need to be retained. Requests are verified before action to protect the person concerned.
International services
Hosting, database, email or approved AI providers may process information outside Malaysia under their own security and data-processing terms. Only the minimum information needed for the relevant function should be sent.
No card collection
This website does not request or store payment-card details. Do not place passwords, payment credentials or unnecessary sensitive information in an enquiry.
